A typical support contract for a self-employed individual includes email hosting and remote support calls up to half an hour. The cost for this peace of mind is just £25 a month! In most instances our clients email us a document or image requesting changes, we make the requested changes and return the work with no additional charge. Monthly support agreements also cover telephone support calls up to thirty minutes and remote assitance sessions up to thirty minutes. Site visits are charged at a standard rate.
